Service Cancellation

comfortstudioglo provides seasonal pruning and care services. As services are performed upon scheduling, please note the following cancellation policies:

Cancellation Before Service

If you need to cancel scheduled services:

  • Please notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled service date
  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will not incur charges
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee
  • Same-day cancellations will be charged at 50% of the scheduled service fee

Service Package Cancellation

For annual or multi-visit service packages:

  • You may cancel your package at any time with written notice
  • Refunds for unused services will be calculated on a prorated basis
  • Services already performed are non-refundable
  • Refund processing may take 5-10 business days

Service Satisfaction

We strive to provide excellent service on every visit. If you are not satisfied with our work:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of service completion
  • We will review your concerns and work to address any issues
  • We may offer service corrections or adjustments at our discretion
  • Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be available under the following circumstances:

  • Service cancellation made within the specified timeframes
  • Unused portions of service packages upon cancellation
  • Services not performed due to our inability to complete scheduled work
  • Service quality issues that cannot be resolved through corrections

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Services already completed and performed
  • Cancellations due to weather or circumstances beyond our control (rescheduling is available)
  • Changes in your property needs or preferences after service agreement
  • Disputes regarding service outcomes that align with industry standards and best practices

Refund Process

To request a refund or cancellation:

  • Contact us via phone or email with your request
  • Provide your service agreement number or confirmation details
  • Allow 5-10 business days for refund processing
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method when possible

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule services:

  • Contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled service
  • We will work with you to find an alternative date
  • Rescheduling is subject to our availability
  • No additional charges apply for rescheduling within specified timeframes
